I feel this. Anytime I have an option for anatomy in smutty stuff I have to weigh weather being missgendered or having the wrong parts will take me out of it.
i compltely agree, when he said "good girl" i was like tf eww uncomfortable but the "boy" option associated with the penis didn't fully feel right either
i had hoped it would be gender neutral since the game has different pronoun options and used non specific terms like significant other in it

It probably can but its something that requires a lot of annoying coding and writing variations on story text.
