erm so i followed the tutorial on how to do it, it worked and so I did the quiz but then it went to this

does anyone know what's going on? I bought this like a year ago and now the DLC logo doesn't appear and when i try to replay the memory it doesn't load up and instead loads up with an erro
I have clicked install multiple times and I've been checking my files and everything but the dlc still won't download ⊙﹏⊙∥
If anyone has any idea how to fix this please let me know I'm not too good with stuff like this 😣
